CH-F Offering Public Education on Advance Directives
Do you worry about the medical care you would receive if you should become terminally ill or unable to communicate your wishes? Advance Directives are documents written in advance of serious illness that give you a tool to communicate your wishes about future medical treatment.
On May 16, 2014, Community Hospital-Fairfax is hosting a free Q&A session about Advance Directives in the hospital conference room from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Attendees will receive information about advance directives and be given the opportunity to ask questions. Attendees are welcome come and go during that time the session.
