Physical Therapist (Full-time):

NURSE POSITIONS:

Registered Nurse (RN):

Registered NursesPrimary job functions include providing and performing oversight, delegation and coordination of total nursing care with other health care providers to meet holistic care needs of patients.  Provides care by physician orders, patient's treatment plan, policies and procedures and standards of care as well as acts as a resource person for other staff members.

Qualifications Include: RN: Missouri or Compact State RN License, BLS, ACLS. Staff RN 

Specific Positions:

PRN Med/Surg RN (Days/Nights)  Min 1 yr. Med/Surg experience.

Full-time House Supervisor RN (Days)  The House Supervisor is responsible for the assessment, coordination, rounding with physicians, communicating status changes or concerns with the hospitalist, implementation and evaluation of the delivery of safe and effective patient-centered care. The House Supervisor will continuously assess the needs of all departments to ensure adequate resources for current and upcoming shifts by collaborating with other departments (clinical and non-clinical) to coordinate admissions, transfers and discharges of patients in a timely manner. The House Supervisor will be responsible for the overall management of patient care for the assigned shift.  Qualifications include:  Graduate of accredited school of nursing, RN currently licensed in the State of Missouri or compact state.  BLS and ACLS certifications required.  NRP certification preferred.  Effective Communication skills and techniques.  Leadership skills including organization, flexibility planning, delegating, supervising and problem solving.  Knowledge of principles of patient-centered care, application in medical, surgical, emergency care, coronary care, pediatrics, obstetrics and geriatrics.  Minimum of (5) five years’ work experience in Med-Surg Unit preferred.  Application received before December 12, 2019 will be given preference.

Full-time Emergency RN (Days)  Min 1 yr. Emergency Department experience.  Triages each patient and determines priority of care based on physical, psychological and special needs.  Performs focused assessment based on chief complaints of each patient in a timely manner according to established triage guidelines. NRP, PALS and TNCC certifications also preferred.   Applications received before December 3, 2019 will be given preference.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

Full-time Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - South Holt Family Medicine (SHFM) and Mound City Family Medicine (MCFM) Clinics.  The LPN primarily works at the SHFM or MCFM Clinic during the week between 8AM and 5PM to provide care by rooming patients, taking vitals, history, medication and updating their information on the patient's chart in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).  The LPN will make sure the chart is updated and let the provider know the patient has arrived and is ready to be seen.  The LPN will also assist with any other office duties as asked by the provider.  Some of these duties may include prior authorizations, medical record scanning into the EMR.  Qualifications include:  Current LPN license in the state of Missouri or compact state.  BLS required.  Ability to take vitals and record them into an EMR.  Applications received before December 10, 2019 will be given preference.
