RESPIRATORY THERAPISTS: 

Full Time Respiratory Therapist: To assure high quality patient care and service by being an integral member of the team in evaluating and providing optimal diagnostic and therapeutic cardiopulmonary care in define specified patient care areas.​ Qualifications: Graduate of an AMA approved Respiratory Care Program, licensed by the State of Missouri to practice respiratory care, associates degree or equivalent education/experience, accredited in Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS, NRP preferred. If required certifications are not current at time of hire, must complete within six months.

LABORATORY POSITIONS:

Medical Technologist or MLT: Seeking full time medical technologist OR MLT to perform all laboratory activities to insure that quality laboratory services are being provided to the patients on a continuous basis. Ability to work unsupervised, multi-tasks and adapt to changing workload. Qualifications Include: Bachelor of Science degree in biology science or related field. Twelve month internship at certified school of Medical Technology/Affiliation with a national registry such as ASCP or equivalent. Entry Wage: $20.43/hour-credit for experience paid.

HOSPITAL PHARMACIST POSITION DAYS:

JOB DESCRIPTION:   Provide patient-oriented pharmaceutical care services including extensive cost-effective therapeutic drug monitoring, pharmacokinetic drug dosing, medication use evaluation.  QUALIFICATIONS: Successful completion of an accredited Doctor of Pharmacy degree program OR, Completion of Bachelor or Master pharmacy degree with a minimum of 3 years experience in a hospital setting.  Hospital experience preferred.  Current Pharmacist licensure in the State of Missouri.  RESPONSIBILITIES: Hospital Pharmacist may be responsible for daily functional operations including all aspects of medication procurement, storage, distribution, and management, as well as medication related equipment and systems.  Demonstrate recognizable expertise when consulting with other health disciplines regarding medication therapy management across the continuum of care and in managing complex clinical problems for assigned care areas/population.  Participate as the drug expert on multidisciplinary rounds/committees/performance improvement teams insuring the provision of evidence-based information and value analysis to appropriate decision-makers regarding therapeutic drug monitoring, adverse drug reaction screening and specialty pharmaceutical care services as needed.  Lead efforts to translate evidence-based knowledge into sustainable practices for assigned areas.  Comply with all departmental and organizational policies and procedures in addition to regulatory requirements (such as OSHA, CMS, accrediting agency, etc.  Assess data and provide age specific care and/or demonstrate awareness of the environment for various populations being served.  Record keeping.  Hospital Pharmacist performs various routing inspections.  Hospital Pharmacist maintains perpetual inventory of controlled substances including Schedules II-V.  Provides direct supervision and over site of pharmacy technicians.  Proficient in the operation of EMR as it relates to clinical and medication.

 

CAFETERIA POSITIONS:  

Food Service Worker (Part-time): Seeking motivated individual to perform a variety of tasks related to patient and cafeteria service. Tasks include cafeteria service, stocking supplies, cleaning and floor care, operation and maintenance of dish machine and equipment. Qualifications Include: High school education or GED. Training will include modified diets, sanitation and equipment usage.

NURSING POSITIONS:

ACO Care Coordinator: Lead and help drive the Hospital’s implementation of Accountable Care Organization (ACO) initiatives at the community level with input from medical and operational leaders. Coordinates team-based care to provide health services to individuals, through effective partnerships with patients, their caregivers/families, community resources and their physician. Facilitates a “shared goal model” within and across settings to achieve coordinated high-quality care that is patient- and family-centered.

The ideal candidate will possess:

·    BSN or MSN

·    Current licensure as a Registered Nurse

·    Experience/knowledge – previous experience in caring for chronic disease patients. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in clinical or community health setting preferred. Previous Care Coordination, Case Management or Home Health experience preferred. Previous experience with health IT systems and data reports preferred. Previous experience in mobilizing community resources, navigating patients through the healthcare continuum and working with disparate populations preferred. Demonstrates understanding in use of IT resources and patient databases.

·    Skills – Demonstrates evidence of essential leadership, communication, education, collaboration, and counseling skills. Proficient in communication technologies (email, cell phone, etc.). Effective organizational skills and demonstrates ability to maintain accurate notes and records. Professional and effective written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrates effective delegation skills to streamline operational workflows and optimize inter-office resources. Demonstrates continual learning skills, effects change in approach to care based on established, evidence-based practice

·    Ability – Identification and implementation of appropriate patient communication strategies and overcoming access barriers as required.

Registered Nurses: Primary job functions include providing and performing oversight, delegation and coordination of total nursing care with other health care providers to meet holistic care needs of patients.  Provides care by physician orders, patient's treatment plan, policies and procedures and standards of care as well as acts as a resource person for other staff members. Qualifications Include: RN: Missouri RN License, BLS, ACLS. Staff RN Entriy: $22.52/hour-credit for experience paid.

RN-Med Surge Night

Licensed Practical Nurses: Primary job functions include performing total nursing care with other health care providers to meet holistic care needs of patients. Qualifications Include: Missouri LPN License, BLS and IV Therapy Certification. LPN Entry: $14.52/hour-credit for experience paid.
