Community Hospital is a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital located in Fairfax, MO. We provide rehab services in the inpatient, outpatient, and Home Health settings. We have a satellite clinic located in Mound City MO. Our Home Health services cover Atchison and Holt Counties.
