Full Time Occupational Therapist-Community Hospital-Fairfax has an immediate opening for a full time Occupational Therapist in our Physical Therapy Department.  Position performs OT evaluations and treatment to both inpatient and outpatients based on diagnosis and daily documentation.  Graduate of an accredited school in OT with Bachelor’s, Master’s degree in OT preferred. Valid Missouri Licensure required.

Full Time OP/Home Health Nurse Manager - Manages, monitors, and maintains effective departmental operations in the OutPatient Services including speciality clinics and in-house Physician Office and the Home Health Department to insure effective and efficient department performance and high quality service.

Full Time Med Surg/ER Manager - Manages, monitors and maintains effective department operation in the Med. Surg and ER departments to ensure effective and efficient department performance and high quality service.

Part Time PTA - We are currently looking for a part time PTA to provide skilled Physcial Therapy services under the direction and supervision of a the Physical therapaist and according to policies.  Must be currently licesened in the State of Missouri.

Part Time Charge Nurse- Great leadership skills with the ability to delegate and manage patient care for assigned shift.

Full Time ER RN.

Full Time Human Resources Manager/Generalist - Will be responsible for legal compliance, compensation and benefits, education, recruitment/retention and wellness.  Position requires 1-3 years experience in HR Management and a B.S. degree.
