About Our Primary Care Clinic

Dr. Eduardo Fernandez's office hours are Mondays, 1:30 to 5:00 p.m. and Thursdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Community Hospital-Fairfax recognizes the importance of providing access to primary care to our community. Currently, Dr. Eduardo Fernandez, CH-F Chief of Staff, practices at the CH-F Primary Care Clinic on Monday afternoons and Thursday mornings.

Located just to the left of the main entrance, the clinic is home to 8 exam rooms, two provider offices, a central nurse’s station and a convenient and comfortable waiting area.
