From South I-29 (Craig Exit)

  1. Drive North on I-29 (about 45 miles North of St. Joseph, MO).
  2. At exit 92, turn RIGHT onto Ramp towards US-59 / Craig / Fairfax .
  3. Turn LEFT (West) off of ramp onto US-59.
  4. Follow US-59 about 15 miles to Fairfax.
  5. Community Hospital Association, Inc. is on the left side of US-59, after going under the "walking bridge".

From North I-29 (Rock Port Exit)

  1. Drive South on I-29
  2. At exit 110, turn LEFT onto Ramp towards US-136 / Rock Port / Phelps City
  3. Turn LEFT (North) onto US-136 and follow for about 10 miles.
  4. Keep RIGHT onto US-136 Spur
  5. Bear RIGHT (South) onto US-59 and follow for about 6 miles into Fairfax
  6. Turn LEFT (East) onto US-59
