Dr. Burke is a board certified family physician who sees patients at his family practice offices in Rock Port and Tarkio, as well as Community Hospital-Fairfax for inpatient care, endoscopies, obstetrics and cesarean sections.
Dr. Aron Burke was raised in Rock Port, Missouri. He attended medical school at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine. He completed his residency through AHEC Northwest in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He lives in Rock Port with his wife, Joanna and their three children, Journi, 10, Alex, 8 and Aiden, 4. Dr. Burke enjoys hunting, the outdoors and attending his children’s sporting events and supporting local junior and high school sports.

Dr. Ireland returned to his hometown of Fairfax, Missouri in 2008 and began seeing patients at Fairfax Family Practice, as well as the Community Hospital-Fairfax Emergency Department. Dr. Ireland and his wife, Donna, have strong ties to the hospital and have enjoyed reacquainting themselves with the community. Dr. Ireland has experience as a long time private practice physician and spent years working in numerous emergency care facilities.

Dr. Fernandez joined Northwest Health Services in Mound City in 2007. After finishing her residency in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, his wife, Dr. Espejo, joined him a year later. Dr. Espejo and Dr. Fernandez attended medical school at Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery in Manila, Philippines. Both doctors are family practice physicians who provide obstetrical care at Community Hospital-Fairfax. The couple welcomed their first son in September, 2009.
