Community Hopsital - Fairfax receives Missouri Hospital Association's 2025 Aim for Excellence Award
Community Hospital – Fairfax has been honored with the Missouri Hospital Association’s Aim for Excellence Award. Established in 2016, the Aim for Excellence Award recognizes hospital innovation that improves patient outcomes. The award was presented Nov. 5 at MHA’s 103rd Annual Convention in St. Charles, Mo.

Community Hospital-Fairfax Named Top 100 Critical Access Hospital in 2025
Community Hospital-Fairfax has been recognized as a 2026 Top 100 Critical Access Hospital by The Chartis Center for Rural Health. The Top 100 awards program celebrates outstanding performance annually among the nation’s rural hospitals based on the results of the Chartis Rural Hospital Performance INDEX®.

Community Hospital-Fairfax was voted Best of Midwest in the sub-categories of, Best Hospital, Best Customer Service, Best Orthopedic Surgeon, and Best Medical Facility for Family Medicine Clinics. Physical Therapy received a silver medal for Best Physical Therapist.
